OUR STORY

Meet the Founders

Nurture Change was formed by passionate entrepreneurs Zac de Silva & Steve Pirie over a few long blacks in some drawn-out cafe meetings. Both fans of business and working smarter, not harder, the duo decided they needed to provide an event to get Australia’s finest business minds together to share, connect and grow. They’re not stuffy people and so they didn’t want the event to be either, which is why they chose the relaxed environment of Fiji to hold their retreat. Their first 3 events have been sold out (over 200 people per event) and they’ve got a few tricks up their sleeve to make their fourth one even better. Recently they have teamed up with Prue MacSween, renowned to be the best in PR around, to have a 3 pronged attack to making Nurture Change the best event of its kind for Australian SME business owners and senior managers.
